'Des Pins' is a beautiful villa with a warm inviting ambiance. The villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The lounge/dining room is light and spacious with light wood and warm ochre colours.
This villa provides spacious living for up to 10 adults and a baby or a small child in 6 bedrooms - 4 in the main house and 2 in the cottage
Main House - 4 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and a shower room en suite and a separate WC. The living room is in excess of 50 square meters with a log fire leading to a large covered terrace with views across to picturesque villages in the hills to the north. There is also a modern fully equipped kitchen
Cottage - Independent from the main house the cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room, small sitting room with a kitchenette. It is ideal for a couple with up two young children or alternatively for teenagers who wish to stay together semi independently from the adults
Terraces & patios - A large covered terrace off the living room with a table and chairs that caters for a large family to dine in the cool northern shade looking out to amazing views of hilltop villages. At nights the spectacular views of lit villages and surrounding landscape makes this particularly appealing to enjoy those special family dinners. There are other seating areas dotted around the grounds
The Grounds - This villa is situated in a beautifully landscaped ground of some 4,500 meters that is mainly flat and enclosed with conifers and laurels. Entrance is via an automatic gate and a private access road. A magnificent swimming pool with beach entrance sits in the middle of a large lawn area planted with exotic plants, olives and palms. There are bushes of flowering oleander, jasmine and lavender as well as established cherry, apricot and fig trees. At nights when the lights are turned on including under water lights in the swimming pool, the garden looks absolutely spectacular. There are also areas to play boules and badminton within the grounds

Shopping in the area is a pleasure. For general supermarket shopping Champion Supermarket is about 2 minutes drive and Intermarche only 4 or 5 minutes away. Peymeinade and Grasse both have markets and small shops selling a great variety of Provençal specialities and ready cooked meals. In the neighbourhood there are top class restaurants to satisfy most tastes and pockets. Peymeinade has one of the areas finest butchers and general grocery stores
Historic villages of Mougins and Valbonne with numerous art galleries and restaurants are some 15 minutes drive and Sophia Antipolis which is one of Europe's largest business locations is also some 15 minutes drive away. The picturesque port town of Antibes is approximately 30 minutes away with its famous Picasso Museum in the old Grimaldi Castle and markets selling produce, bric-à-brac and clothes
